Beautiful reports, on every screen and on paper
The finished report is what your clients and agents keep. Binsr delivers it as a fast digital report that reads beautifully on a phone, and clean, branded PDFs for everyone who wants one.
Open it the way your clients will
This is a finished Binsr report, not a mockup. Read it in your browser or on your phone, then download the PDF your clients get.

PDFs as polished as the digital report
Every report also comes as a full PDF and a summary PDF, with your branding, the photos laid out cleanly, and a table of contents, legend and summary that click straight through to each finding. A compact layout keeps long, photo-heavy reports easy to share, and clients and agents can build their own custom PDF in a few clicks.
From the report to a repair request in minutes
Agents build a repair request straight from the digital report. Pick any item, add a note and a dollar amount, let AI draft the request language, and share it by link, text, email or branded PDF. When the repairs are done, build a re-inspection from the same report and show exactly what was fixed.
Every report on the job, in one place
Add a WDO, a 4-point or any other report to the same inspection and each one is its own report. Clients switch between them in one place, and you decide whether each report is visible, locked behind a Coming Soon placeholder, or hidden.
Delivered on your terms, and you can see it landed
Reports go out on branded share links with your logo on the preview card, and land in your client's dashboard with any extra documents you attach. Binsr holds the report until the client has signed and paid. Every inspection keeps a delivery record: sent, delivered, opened, read time and downloaded.
Every form your state requires, built in
Official state and industry forms ship ready to use, so the report your state or client requires is a template you select, not a workaround. They are built into the same template system as everything else, and come out as the PDF the form expects.
Deliver a report worth sharing.
