Binsr Inspect gives InterNACHI members $5 per inspector per month off, and it stacks with our other discounts.
Here is exactly what you pay, how to claim it, and what you get, without making you read a sales page to find the number.
The member price

Non-inspecting admin and office staff are free on every plan. You are billed per inspector, not per user, so a scheduler or bookkeeper costs nothing to add.
Binsr Pro adds $4 per completed inspection on top of the same base, for the AI layer.
It stacks with the other two discounts
This is the part most member offers leave out. Our discounts combine rather than replacing each other.

What you are actually buying
A report workflow built to finish on site. Binsr Pro includes AI Voice Quick Add, which turns spoken findings into structured report content rather than a transcript you clean up later. AI Photo Quick Add and AI Image Annotations do the same for images and mark up the defect so the client sees the crack rather than the wall. AI Galleries organize photos by section, Combine Comments with AI merges related observations, and AI Instructions let you set standing guidance so the tone comes out right the first time.
The Report Builder works offline, which matters because crawlspaces and rural properties generate a lot of report content and very little signal.
A comment library you do not have to build. More than 12,000 comments and templates written by two inspectors with more than 60 years of combined field experience. Plus the KC Bartley Inspection Template, the KC Bartley TREC Template for Texas, the NPMA-33 wood destroying insect report, the four Florida insurance templates and the Texas WDI form, all producing the official PDF output each form requires.
The business around the report. Booking automation, scheduling, agreements, Stripe payments, client and agent dashboards, Lite CRM, business dashboards and real-time collaboration are all on Standard. Card processing is 2.9% + $0.30 and ACH is 0.8%, passed through at cost with no markup.
A migration path. If you have a comment library you have spent years building, the AI importer brings it across from your current software rather than making you rebuild it. That library is your real asset, and switching software should not cost you it.
Try it before you pay for it
Five free inspections, no time limit, no credit card. Because there is no clock, an unpredictable schedule will not burn the trial before you have run enough real jobs to judge it.
Use them properly. Import your own template rather than a sample, run real inspections, deliver a report to an actual client, and time yourself from leaving the property to the client having it. Ask one of your regular agents to open the agent dashboard and tell you honestly whether it beats what they get today.
